Return Policy

HOW TO START A RETURN

We want you to love your Sailwind experience and if it's anything less than perfect, we want to make it right. You can check out our return policy here.

Return Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

* Note:

(1) We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.

(2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(3) We don't accept returns after the 30-day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30-day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

(1) Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging are not returnable.

(2) Clearance & final sale items are not returnable.

 

Exchanges

(1) Please contact us via live chat or email to request an exchange. We'll send you exchange instructions within 24 hours. 
 
(2) Once we reply to your request, you will receive exchange options. You will be required to reply with your selected exchange option in order to proceed. 
 
(3) You'll need to ship your item(s) to the exchange address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us. 
 
(4) When we receive your package, we will process your exchange as soon as possible.

Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will receive the refund within 5 working days.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

The transaction currency of the website is in US dollar, and the non- USD payment amount shall be converted into USD by the exchange rate to the corresponding refund amount.  As usual, the refund will be reimbursed back to your original account. Credit cards will take 3-5 business days and Paypal will take 1-3 business days. Please note that the actual refund time is up to the bank/PayPal efficiency. 

* Notice for orders paid by Afterpay/Klarna: If you haven't paid the due bill, the refund will be deducted from your due statement. If you have paid it already, the refund will be credited back to your linked bank account.
